Those of you with picky eaters, toddlers, pre-schooler, heck, basically any age child, have probably experienced the painful look on your child’s face when they are constipated. I went online to search out the foods that will help relieve my child, but sometimes it’s impossible to get them to eat those foods. My mother-in-law, I’ll call her Grama Bee (no this is not a typo, this is how she spells Grandma and I love it!), suggests gram crackers. I gave them to littleBee1 2 days ago, and still nothing.
What foods have you found that get the ‘job’ done?

1 tsp of Mineral Oil in fruit juice every morning until the job is done.
Grama B says “Gram Crackers” that’s what her mom always gave her when she was little.
